1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. tomato ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. (scant) red pepper
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix all together and simmer 1 hour.
