RUBY'S CHILI FOR HOT DOGS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round or chuck
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1/3 c. ketchup
1 onion chopped (1 lg. or 2 sm.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 sm. can water

Mix meat and liquids well. Add water, bring to a boil, stirring often. Turn heat to low and cook for 2 hours. Keep well stirred, add more salt and chili powder if needed.
