CHUTNEY GUACAMOLE 
4 ripe avocados, peeled & seeded
1/4 c. chutney
2 cloves garlic
2-3 sm. limes, juiced
Salt, pepper & cayenne to taste
1 c. chopped tomato

In a blender, place the meat of 3 avocados, the chutney, garlic and lime juice. Season to taste. Add the chopped tomato and remaining avocado. Blend for 10 seconds. Chill and serve. Makes 5 cups.
