MINT CHUTNEY 
1 pt. + mint leaves
1 lb. onions
1 lb. apples
1/2 lb. tomatoes (green or red)
1 lb. seedless raisins
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard (not dry)
1 pt. vinegar
1 lb. sugar

Put mint leaves, onions, apples, tomatoes and raisins through a mincer. Cook with seasonings in 3/4 pint of the vinegar until soft, about 20 minutes. Pour remaining vinegar over sugar. Add this after cooking and boil up.
