FRUIT CRUMBLE 
1 box yellow (pudding in) cake mix
1 lg. can fruit pie filling (peach or apple is good)
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Remove 1 cup cake mix and reserve. Sprinkle remaining dry mix in microwave- proof dish. Spread pie filling over mix. Sprinkle rest of mix over filling. Combine water and lemon juice; pour evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle cinnamon over top and nuke at 100% for 12-14 minutes. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
