CREOLE BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. shortening
1 can Campbell's chicken gumbo soup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Dash of pepper
6 hamburger buns, toasted & buttered

In skillet brown beef and onion in shortening. Stir to separate meat. Add soup and seasonings. Simmer about 5 to 10 minutes to blend flavors. Stir now and then. Serve on toasted buns.
