ANNA'S CRUNCHY BURGERS 
These burgers are delicious topped with avocado slices and more salsa, sandwiched between thick slices of sourdough bread!

1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup season bread crumbs
1/2 cup salsa (your choice)
1/2 tsp. salt

In a large bowl lightly combine beef (or turkey), celery, onion, bread crumbs, salsa and salt. Shape into 6 patties.

Grill on rack 4 to 5 inches from hot coals or under a preheated broiler until cooked as desired.

Cooking tip: About 4 to 5 minutes on each side for rare or 5 to 6 minutes for medium.

Serves 6.
