HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
4 eggs, beaten lightly
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa

Mix above ingredients in a large bowl. Bake at 350 degrees in an ungreased pan for 40 minutes.

ICING:

4 tsp. cocoa
1 stick butter, melted
1 box powdered sugar
8 tsp. cream
1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows

Place marshmallows on top of hot cake. Heat in oven until marshmallows are melted. Mix cocoa, butter, powdered sugar and cream; beat to spreading consistency. Spread over marshmallows. Cut into squares to serve.
