Quick Oatmeal Cookies

This recipe was easy and tasty, though it yielded half of what it said (one dozen), something you need to know before baking if planning a certain #. I also added finely chopped apples which made a good added taste.

This will make as many cookies as you want, easily 24, it just depends how big you make them obviously.

Made 16 for me. These weren't at all doughy. I'd add a half cup of flour and a drizzle of milk and try again; the oats didn't really stick, though they tasted good.

I enjoyed this recipe; it is different and it doesn't stick together, but for a fast and easy cookie it is great. Oh yeah it is good raw also. Thanks for sharing.
