POTATO FINGERS | |
1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. salt-free herb and spice seasoning 4 baking potatoes 1/3 c. butter In small bowl mix sour cream and 1 tablespoon of seasoning. Cover and chill. Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into 8 wedges. Melt butter and mix in remaining tablespoon of seasoning. Dip potatoes into butter coating all sides. Place single layer, cut side down on a baking sheet. Spoon left over butter over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees then turn over and bake another 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve with sour cream dip. |
