SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 (6 oz.) marinated artichokes
1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Drain and squeeze spinach. Melt butter and cream cheese. Pour into spinach; season. Place artichokes and cover with spinach mixture. Top with breadcrumbs, walnuts and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch dish for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
