ENGLISH TRUFFLE 
1 angel food cake
1 lg. Jello, prepared, cherry or raspberry
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 lg. can pears, cut in slices
Red raspberries
Sherry, real or imitation
1 lg. vanilla pudding, prepared
1 lg. glass bowl (I use punch bowl)

Put a layer of crumbled cake in the bottom of a glass bowl. Put on half pears and raspberries; drizzle half the Jello over cake along with sherry flavoring. Pour half the pudding over this with a layer of whipped cream to follow. Repeat again for the second layer. Chill for several hours. Beautiful to serve. Terrific to eat.
