HEALTHY CHOICE SQUASH | |
1 red onion, chopped 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) 1 tsp. butter 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into bite-sized cubes 1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (Hunts) 1 tsp. sugar salt and pepper, to taste Sauté onions in oil and butter till onions are tender, add all the rest of the ingredients.
