TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine or spaghetti, broken in half
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. julienne strips cooked turkey
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. plain dry bread crumbs

Cook linguine or spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

In medium saucepan melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add onions, cook stirring about 1 minute, until soft (about 8 minutes). Stir in flour. Cook, stirring about 1 minute.

Gradually add milk. Cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.

In greased 2 quart baking dish mix together linguine or spaghetti, sauce and turkey.

In small saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over linguine or spaghetti. Bake 30-35 minutes. Serves 6.
