GRANOLA TRAIL SNACK | |
6 c. oatmeal, uncooked 3/4 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. coconut 1/3 c. sesame seeds 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. chopped nuts (any kind) 1/2 c. salad oil 1/3 c. honey Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put oatmeal into baking pan 9x13 inches and bake 10 minutes. In mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients with baked oatmeal and stir. Slowly add oil, then honey, coating everything well. Return to baking pan; bake until light brown in color. Remove, cool, store tightly covered on a shelf. This does not require refrigeration. |
