EASY PIE CRUST 
Take pie pan, or glass pie dish, and generously butter the sides and bottom well. Sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon uncooked cream of wheat or cream of rice cereal. Then fill pie pan with pumpkin pie filling, or custard pie filling. Bake as usual, following recipe directions, until done. This will only work with pumpkin or custard filling. If you hate to make pie crust, this is it!
