HAPPY WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. fruit wine or,
1/2 c. apricot brandy
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients. Mix with electric beater 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased angel food pan or a bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, turn out on rack. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves 12 to 14.
