HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
6 oz. macaroni
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. sugar
Dash salt
1/2 c. grated cheese

Cook macaroni until tender. Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper. Drain macaroni and add to hamburger mixture. Add salt. Stir in soups and sugar. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn stove off and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
