HOT SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 garlic bud
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. cooked yellow squash
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream mushroom soup
Bread crumbs

Brown sausage with garlic, removing bud afterwards. Saute onion, green pepper, celery in butter and add to meat. Add soup, rice, squash and stir until well mixed. Pour in greased casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
