SALMON TIMBALES 
1 (15 1/2 or 16 oz.) can red salmon, drained, flaked
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 sm. green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cucumber Dill Sauce

Grease 4 (6 oz.) custard cups. Combine all ingredients except Cucumber Dill Sauce; pack evenly into custard cups. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Unmold, invert on serving dish; spoon Cucumber Dill Sauce over top.

CUCUMBER DILL SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. plain yogurt
3/4 c. finely chopped seeded cucumbers
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. dill weed, chopped or 1 tsp. dried dill weed

Stir ingredients together in saucepan; heat over very low heat until just warm.
