FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. Karo syrup
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 qt. strawberries, washed & hulled
1 9" baked pie shell

Combine cornstarch, sugar, water and syrup. Cook until thick and clear. Stir in Jello. Cool to lukewarm and fold in strawberries. Turn into pie shell and chill until set. Can also be used with raspberries, blackberries, peaches and black raspberries.
