AUNT ROSE'S POLENTA | |
4 c. boiling water 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. cornmeal 1 1/2 c. cold water Bring water (4 cups) and salt to a boil in saucepan. Mix cornmeal and cold water together (so it doesn't lump) and pour into boiling water. Cook until thick. Spoon onto plate, spread 1/2 inch thick and top with spaghetti sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. |
