DEBBIE'S CHICKEN & RICE 
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. rice
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 chicken breasts

Butter bottom of 9 x 9 inch casserole or baking dish. Add rice. Combine soup with water separately, then add half to rice. Lay chicken breasts on top. Cover with remaining soup. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover 10 minutes prior to end to brown chicken.
