HAM SANDWICH SPREAD 
1/2 c. ground cooked ham
1/2 c. ground bologna
1 hard boiled egg, diced
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. pickle, chopped
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large mixing bowl combine ham, bologna, egg, green pepper and pickle; add mayonnaise to obtain easy spreadability. Refrigerate 2 hours then spread can be used for sandwiches.
