FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
CRUST:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix thoroughly and press into 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes or until light brown.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
Few drops red food coloring (optional)
3 tbsp. strawberry or raspberry Jello

Heat, and stir until thick. Remove from heat. Pour over 1-quart whole fresh strawberries arranged in above crust. Refrigerate and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
