SPICED FRUIT 
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 lg. can pears
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin orange slices
1 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
4 pieces stick cinnamon
2 tsp. whole cloves

Drain syrup from fruit. Place syrup in large saucepan. Add sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves to syrup. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes and then pour over fruit. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Will keep 2 weeks. Great with turkey or ham.
