TRIPLE FRUIT BARS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. old fashioned oats, uncooked
1 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. honey, divided
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
2 ripe med. bananas, peeled
2 tart apples
1 1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 additional banana, peeled
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Use greased 13x9" baking pan

Combine flours and oats. Stir in butter, 1/2 cup honey and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and blend. Spread 3/4 of the oat mixture in pan. Place sliced bananas in blender and puree. Core and cut up apples. Combine bananas, apples, remaining 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, raisins, sugar, lemon juice and peel in medium saucepan. Cover, simmer 10 minutes, stirring. Uncover, simmer 10 minutes more, stirring. Cool.

Slice banana into apple mixture; add walnuts. Fold until blended. Spread over flour mixture on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
