SAUTEED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh whole mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. red wine vinegar with garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1 onion, sliced (optioanl)

Melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cover skillet and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover skillet and add onions. Keeping flame low, cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Mushrooms should be medium dark brown when done. (Even the kids like them this way.)
