SAUTEED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. med. size mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. oil
Pepper, freshly ground
Chopped parsley

Gently rinse mushrooms and pat dry. Slice. In large skillet, melt butter and oil over medium heat. Stir in sliced mushrooms and continue stirring constantly until mushrooms begin to release juices, about 3 to 4 minutes. Continue stirring until mushrooms are tender, about 2 minutes. Grind pepper over mixture, add parsley. Serve with grilled steaks.
