CATTLEMAN'S SPREAD 
1 c. Pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. Butter
2 pkgs. 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 pkgs. Dried Beef, finely chopped
4 tbsp. Onion, diced
1 box Crackers

In a skillet sauté pecans and butter until golden brown. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth and add sour cream and garlic powder. Mix well. Stir in beef and onions. Spread into a greased 8in. square dish and top with pecans.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 min. Serve with crackers.
