EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 lg. pkg. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Lightly grease a large casserole dish or 9 x 13 pan. Place chicken on the bottom. Sprinkle on cheese. Prepare stuffing mix and spread on top of cheese. Mix soup with 1/2 can of water and pour on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
