SQUASH COMBO (Microwave) 
4 med. zucchini, cut into chunks
4 med. yellow squash, cut into chunks
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
2 tbsp. butter

Place zucchini and yellow squash in 2 quart glass casserole. Arrange pimento over top. Add 2 tablespoons water. Dot with butter. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 12-15 minutes. Let stand, covered for 10 minutes. Toss to mix.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
