RHUBARB JELLY 
4 c. rhubarb, chopped
3 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)

Mix rhubarb and sugar. Let set overnight. Boil rhubarb and sugar together for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jell-O, mixing well until sugar dissolves. Pour into sterilized jelly glasses and seal.
