RICOTTA CHEESE SPREAD 
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
4 radishes, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with an assortment of raw vegetables and crackers.
