RICOTTA CHEESE PIE 
1 unbaked pie crust
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
Chocolate chips & crushed nuts

Beat cheese, sugar, egg yolks, whole egg, vanilla and milk until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Place chocolate chips and nuts on top as desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
