CLUB CRACKER COOKIES | |
Line jelly roll pan with foil shiny side up. Grease foil. Cover foil with Club Crackers, breaking apart and making them fit tight. Boil 2 minutes. 1 stick of butter, 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pour carefully over crackers. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Check at 5 minutes. Top of crackers should be glossy. |
