STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

DELIGHT:

2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
Lg. size Cool Whip

CRUST: Mix and spread on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir several times. Should be crumbly. Mix all ingredients but Cool Whip. Beat on High in electric mixer for 20 minutes exactly. This gets really big. Fold in Cool Whip. Put crust in covered container. Add Delight. Freeze for several hours. Serve with strawberries and whipped cream on top.
