APPLESAUCE PUFFS 
1 egg
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. biscuit mix

Topping:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 24 muffin cups or use paper liners. Put all muffin ingredients into blender container. Cover and process at "high" until mixed. Use a rubber spatula to help keep ingredients flowing to blades. Fill muffin cup 2/3 full. Brush on topping mixture.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
