EASY-TO-DO LASAGNA 
1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (2 lb.) container ricotta cheese
1 (2 c.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Oregano to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. water

Pour a small amount of sauce in bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan to cover. Layer 3 or 4 noodles in bottom of pan and top with spoonfuls of ricotta cheese.

Layer Mozzarella cheese, a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, oregano, and pepper over noodles. Repeat layers of noodles, cheese, and seasonings 2 more times. Top with additional sauce. Pour water around outside edges of noodles. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Allow to cool 15 minutes before serving.

OPTIONAL: You may add sliced mushrooms or pepperoni, or browned ground beef to layers, if desired.
