VIRGINIA'S EASY LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar Prego sausage and green pepper
30 oz. Prego spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. (15 oz. container) sm. curd cottage cheese
6 c. (2-12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. lasagne, uncooked

Brown beef in 3 quart saucepan; drain off excess fat. Add sauce and water; simmer, about 10 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese and lasagne for filling. Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9 baking pan (spray with Pam). Layer 3 pieces of uncooked lasagne over sauce; cover with about 1 1/2 cups sauce. Spread 1/2 cheese filling over sauce and spread 1/3 of Mozzarella. Repeat. Top with layer of lasagne and remaining sauce and top with Mozzarella.

Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees 55 to 60 minutes. Remove foil; bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Great if mixed in A.M. and keep in refrigerator in pan and bake in P.M. when ready to eat.
