1/2 c. sweet vermouth or red wine
1/2 c. chili sauce (ketchup is ok)
3 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper

Marinate 4 hours.
