FRESH BERRY SAUCE 
2 c. fresh berries
1/2 - 2/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch

Place berries, sugar and cornstarch in food processor or blender and process to a smooth puree.

Transfer mixture to 1 quart measure or bowl and microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until slightly thickened. Cool to room temperature before serving. Use blueberries, strawberries, blackberries or raspberries, whatever is in season. Serve over fresh fruit, cake or ice cream for a quick dessert.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
