DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast + 2 tsp.
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. lukewarm cottage cheese
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter melted
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine with warm cottage cheese. Combine egg, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda. Add to yeast. Gradually add flour to make a stiff dough. Let rise until double. Work down. Place in greased 8 inch casserole dish. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Brush with butter and turn out of casserole.
