DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
8 scallion tops, chopped fine (or minced onion)
3 tsp. Accent seasoning
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 lb. chipped dried beef, finely torn

Set aside 1/2 of the dried beef after tearing into fine pieces. Mix above ingredients with remaining dried beef; mix well. Form into ball on wax paper. Evenly cover with remaining dried beef. Garnish with parsley for serving, if desired. Excellent on Triscuits!
