CRANBERRY BREAD | |
2 eggs 1/4 c. water 12 slices dry bread, rolled into crumbs 2/3 c. dry white milk powder 1 tsp. grated orange rind 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. baking soda 2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries (no sugar added) Artificial sweetener to equal 6 tsp. sugar Combine all ingredients except cranberries in blender. Whip for 1 minute; add to cranberries in bowl. Mix well; pour into 10" teflon pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until top is puffed and lightly brown. |
