2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tsp. coffee crystals

Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine egg, sour cream, milk, butter, and coffee crystals. Add liquid to dry ingredients, stir to moisten. Fill muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 35 minutes. Makes 12.
