1 (12 oz.) pkg. choc. chips
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 box Crispix cereal
1 box confectioner's sugar

Melt butter and chocolate chips in pan; add peanut butter and stir until mixture is smooth. Put cereal in a large bowl and pour mixture over it covering it well. Have confectioner's sugar in a paper bag and dump the cereal in; shake well. Ready to eat!
