SALTED PEANUT CHEWS 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks

TOPPING:

2/3 c. white corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
2 c. rice cereal
2 c. blanched peanuts
3-4 c. miniature marshmallows

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crust ingredients together. Press into ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows and return to oven for 1 to 2 minutes. Cool while preparing topping. In large saucepan heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in cereal and nuts. Spoon over crust and marshmallow mix. Chill.
