SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. uncooked wide egg noodles
1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown beef and onion; drain grease. Put layer of 1/2 beef mixture in baking pan. Cover with sauerkraut and top with remaining beef. Put uncooked noodles on top and spread soups over noodles. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, then top with Cheddar cheese and return to oven and bake 30 minutes more.
