GAZPACHO 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, sliced lengthwise
1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash freshly ground pepper
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. finely chopped cucumber
1 c. finely chopped tomato

In jar, combine first 8 ingredients (spear garlic on wooden pick). Cover; shake well. Chill 4 hours. Remove garlic. Place mixture in freezer for about 1 hour, but DO NOT FREEZE. Meanwhile, chill green pepper, cucumber and tomato. Divide chilled vegetables among soup dishes. Pour soup over. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
